Company History
Properties of the Pacific, LLC was founded in 1997 by Sharon Au (Principal Broker), Gaylien Hall, Herwin Hung and Claudia Kennedy.  They are all Realtors, Certified Residential Specialists and Graduates of the Realtor Institute and have 20+ years of real estate experience each. In creating ideas for a business venture together, they felt strongly that the same ideals and principals that would create a positive life philosophy would also create a highly successful real estate business.
